IBS 2024 Wrap-Up: A Year to Remember

As we come to the end of 2024, let’s think about the progress we’ve made together as the IBS family. This year has brought growth, fresh ideas, and shared victories, putting us in a great position for more success in the future.

This year, our combined efforts brought us closer to our goals.

Here’s a quick look at what we’ve accomplished together:

1. More Students, Bigger Dreams

Next year’s enrolments are set to soar, with a noticeable rise in student numbers for both the university and the college. This shows how our reputation for high-quality education continues to grow.

2. Campus Upgrades

Our Mt. Eriama campus now boasts new buildings and improved facilities. These changes make it a better place for both learning and working.

3. Academic Success Stories

As the school year comes to an end, we look back on the exciting activities and creative programs led by our schools. Our partnership with Southern Cross University continues to be a source of growth and success.

4. Passing the Tests

We completed the DHERST audits for both College and University and renewed our ISO certification. These achievements are proof that we’re meeting high standards and moving forward with confidence.

5. Tech for Today and Tomorrow

This year, we introduced new systems and upgraded computers and laptops for students and staff. It’s all about staying ahead in today’s digital world.

6. Growing the Team

We welcomed new faces to the IBS family, promoted well-deserving staff, and even enjoyed team-building activities that strengthened our bonds.

7. Thinking Global

The international conference was a proud accomplishment for IBS, placing us on the global map and inviting opportunities for future cooperation.

8. Financial Smarts

Thanks to the finance team, we made great progress in clearing outstanding fees and keeping our operations on track.

9. Telling Our Story Online

With the launch of our new websites, filled with fresh articles and news, and more activity on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, we’re reaching wider audiences and sharing our journey.

10. A New Home for the College

The college is moving from 6 Mile to 11 Mile. This fresh location promises a more inspiring space for everyone when the move is complete later this month.

11. Giving Back

We’ve continued to lend a helping hand to the community, building strong connections and leaving a positive mark beyond our campus.

A Big Thank You to the Team

None of this would have been possible without our incredible staff. Whether you’ve been teaching, guiding, cleaning, maintaining, or securing our campus, your efforts are what make IBS shine. Special thanks to our security and grounds teams for keeping the campus safe, tidy, and welcoming throughout the year.

Looking Ahead to 2025

As we prepare for the new year, let’s carry forward the same energy and diligence that made 2024 such a success. Together, we’ll continue enriching lives, putting dreams to the test, and create a legacy that endures.

Here’s to even greater achievements in the years to come 💥💫🎉
