Dr. Glory Sujitha Antony, Acting Vice Chancellor and Pro Vice Chancellor (Academic) of IBSUniversity, has been named the winner in the Women in Research and Academia Award at the prestigious Women Changing the World Global Awards 2026.

Dr. Glory is a distinguished academic leader, researcher, and educator committed to transforming higher education through innovation, digital learning, and inclusive academic practices. In her role at IBSUniversity, she leads strategic academic initiatives, strengthens international partnerships, and drives quality assurance and accreditation processes aligned with global standards.

Her work is focused on advancing digital and blended learning, promoting a strong research culture, and equipping students with industry-relevant skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving global landscape. Her contributions are particularly significant in bridging the gap between traditional education systems and future-ready learning environments, especially within developing contexts such as Papua New Guinea.
