IBS University is proud to have successfully concluded its intensive Team Building Training program, held from May 3rd to May 5th, 2024, at the Mt Eriama Campus located at 11 Mile. This three-day event was a significant milestone in encouraging collaboration, coordination, and effective communication among selected staff members from various university departments.

IBSUniversity organized the “Team Building Training” to provide participants with the necessary skills and strategies for effective teamwork. The participants were divided into three groups, namely blue, green, and gold, each comprising 5 to 6 members. They participated in a series of activities that simulated real-world teamwork scenarios.

The program, which has stood the test of time since its inception, was initially designed to help participants put their teamwork skills to the test as they encounter several challenges together. These challenges were intended to help utilize their strengths and abilities while creating a culture of mutual respect and cooperation. 

By applying these learned concepts in real-world scenarios – a refinement in effective communication, coordination, and collaboration – the participants can successfully overcome any workplace obstacle, and accomplish their shared objectives.
