The acceptance list includes School Leavers, Non-School Leavers, and Admissions Pool candidates who have been successfully selected for SCU degree programs offered at IBSUniversity.

Important Information for Selected Students

All selected students have already been officially notified via their registered email addresses. Each notification email includes:

• Confirmation of selection
• Attached application forms
• Instructions for the next stage of admission

Required Action – Immediate Attention

All selected applicants are required to:

1. Check their email inbox (including Spam/Junk folders).
2. Reply to the acceptance email sent by IBSUniversity.
3. Complete all sections of the attached application forms carefully.
4. Submit the completed forms before the application closing date.

⚠️ Failure to respond and submit completed application forms within the specified timeframe may affect admission status.

Notice: Term 1 (T1) Application & Registration Dates – 2026
For Southern Cross University (SCU) Students at IBSUniversity

IBSUniversity advises all Southern Cross University (SCU) applicants and students of the following important dates for Term 1, 2026. All applicants and students are strongly encouraged to comply strictly with these timelines, as late submissions will not be accepted.

1. New Students (DHERST & Direct Applicants)

• Applications Close: February 2026
  All DHERST-selected students and direct applicants must respond to their email notifications and submit fully completed application forms before the closing date.
  Applications submitted after February 2026 will be processed for the next available intake in Term 3 (June 2026).
  Late applications will NOT be accepted.
• Registration Closes: 11 March 2026

2. Continuing Students – Term 1

• Registration: Now Open
• Registration Closes: 11 March 2026

3. Readmission Students – Term 1

• Applications for Readmission Close: 30 January 2026
  Applications received after this date will be processed for Term 3, 2026.

4. Term 1 Orientation & Commencement

• Orientation: 5–6 March 2026
• Classes Commence: 9 March 2026

All students selected through DHERST will commence their studies with Southern Cross University at IBSUniversity.
