Dr. Emmanuel Aquino is an academic leader with a PhD in Business Management and over 15 years of extensive teaching experience at the University level. Currently, the Dean of Students and Head of School at IBSUniversity in Papua New Guinea, his expertise spans entrepreneurship, marketing, economics, and management. Dr. Aquino has organized conferences, developed curricula, published research papers, lead academic projects with esteemed International Organizations and aims to leverage his multidisciplinary skills to nurture future leaders in an innovative higher education institution.

Ms. Everlyn Iniga Norman is currently employed as a Lecturer in the School of Economics and Development Studies at IBS University. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Papua New Guinea.
In addition to her academic qualifications, Everlyn has obtained a Diploma in Leadership and Management offered by Federation Training – Australian, and a Diploma in Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) from the University of Goroka. She is also a certified MSME Digital Literacy Facilitator and a Financial Literacy Trainer. Prior to her current role, Everlyn served as a Senior Lecturer and a Head of Department at Goroka Technical College and Port Moresby Business College. She brings with her extensive teaching experience spanning more than 10 years. With her diverse educational background, professional certifications, and substantial teaching experience, Everlyn is well-equipped to contribute to the field of economics and development studies at IBS University.
