Dr. Durga Prasad, Acting HOS-Business and Management & Senior Lecturer at IBS University and an Adjunct Lecturer at Southern Cross University, Australia. With over 16 years of teaching and research experience in India and overseas, he previously served as an Assistant Professor at Adigrat University, Ethiopia. Specializes in Human Resources and General Management, Dr. Prasad holds a PG-MBA from Osmania University, an MPhil-Management from SV University, and a PhD in HRM from Acharya Nagarjuna University. He is a ratified faculty member who received APSET in 2012. Dr. Prasad is a member of NEN, HMA, and SHRD in India and has written 27 research publications and four patents. He currently coordinates Student Entrepreneurship at IBS University.

Dr. Promise Zvavahera, who holds a PhD in Business Administration and is currently the Head of Research & Senior Lecturer at IBS University. In addition to his academic role, he has garnered significant experience in various senior positions within the Government, Private Sector, and Higher education. Furthermore, Promise has an impressive record of accomplishment of extensive publications in a wide array of topics, including motivation and productivity, corporate governance, work ethics, information technology, entrepreneurship, higher education, branding, and gender in higher education. He is a Full Member of the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe.
Name : Mrs. Abinaya Nagamuthu

Mrs. Abinaya Nagamuthu, is a Senior Lecturer with an academic background of Bachelor’s, a Master’s, and a Master of Philosophy in Statistics, further with Post-graduate Diploma in Inclusive Training and Development. Her area of research interest is Bayesian Statistics, Big Data analytics, and Designs of Experiment. Eight years of experience in teaching and research, Ms. Nagamuthu has been involved in a government-funded research project at IBSUniversity, approved by the PNG Science and Technology Secretariat. Recently, she completed a certified short course in university leadership funded by the Australian Award. She has published more than four articles in leading refereed journals and has attended over 20 international conferences and workshops. She is a member of the International Indian Statistical Association (IISA).

Her enthusiasm for teaching extends beyond the classroom, as she is actively involved in curriculum creation, research, and mentorship. Mrs. Harika is passionate about providing engaging learning settings and developing her students’ critical thinking skills. Moses is currently working as a Lecturer in the School of Business and Management. His area of specialization includes Human Resources & Education Management. He has over twenty 20 years industry experience, mostly in Senior Management roles. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Goroka Papua New Guinea. And a Master’s Degree in Education Management from Jogjakarta State University, Indonesia. Moses has worked extensively with people of various portfolios and diverse cultures across geographic regions. And He is passionate about changing the Mindset of the next generation to be better role models in their families, society, in their areas of influence and ultimately be an Asset adding value to their own life and that of others around them.

Mr. Harriman holds bachelor’s degrees in Education, Mechanical Engineering, and Business Management from prestigious universities in PNG and the USA. He also earned master’s degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Leadership and Management from Curtin University Technology-Perth, WA. With over 25 years of corporate level strategic management experience in global oil & gas, mining, and electricity sectors, he served as executive general manager of human resources at PNG Power Limited from 2013 to 2017. Transitioning to academia, he taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Divine Word University from 2018 to 2023, before joining IBS University as Senior Academic Lecturer in February 8th 2024.
