IBSUniversity Partners with PNG Air for Student OJTs!

IBSUniversity is pleased to announce a new partnership with PNG Air, which represents an exciting opportunity for our students. This initiative, driven by the dedicated efforts of Dr. Durga Prasad, Head of the School of Business and Management, provides students with a chance to gain essential hands-on industry experience.

Thanks to the leadership of Mr. Nisaal Chandra Jai at PNG Air, three of our talented students have been offered internship placements, providing them with the unique opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in an industry setting.

These final-year students from both School of Finance and Accounting and School of Business and Management who will undergo this intensive training with PNG Air are:

  • Brian Kila – School of Accounting and Finance (SOAF)
  • Frank Tandop – School of Accounting and Finance (SOAF)
  • Kapaek Kameng – School of Business and Management (SOBM)

This partnership will provide our students with practical experience and help them build crucial professional skills that will greatly support their career growth in the future.

Such industry partnerships demonstrate IBSUniversity’s goal to produce graduates who are academically skilled and ready to succeed in their chosen fields. We take pride in our ongoing efforts to build valuable connections with top organizations like PNG Air, offering our students on-job training opportunities.

We recognized Dr. Durga Prasad for his ongoing efforts to establish industry connections, and PNG Air for recognizing the potential of our students. Your support is playing a key role in the future success of aspiring business professionals at IBSUniversity.

A special thank you to Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ramachandran Arunachalam and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Academics) Mr. Jobin Scaria for their leadership and support in promoting industry partnerships that offer IBSUniversity’s students’ valuable opportunities.
