Currently, the Dean of Students and Head of School at IBSUniversity in Papua New Guinea, his expertise spans entrepreneurship, marketing, economics, and management. Dr. Aquino has organized conferences, developed curricula, published research papers, lead academic projects with esteemed International Organizations and aims to leverage his multidisciplinary skills to nurture future leaders in an innovative higher education institution.

Dr. Niru Kushwaha is a Senior Lecturer at IBSUniversity. She has taught for 5 years in M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, India and then for 10 years in different universities in Ethiopia as Assistant Professor. In Ethiopian Civil Service University, Addis Ababa she, in collaboration with other faculty members, developed course handbook for “Urban social-development and poverty alleviation” used in post graduate program of the University. She was also research secretary at Adama University, Ethiopia. She has published a book entitled “Democracy for Economic Development” and a research paper “Agriculture in India- land use and sustainability”. Her work on sustainable development is well recognized and referred to in various research papers.

Ms. Everlyn Iniga Norman is currently employed as a Lecturer in the School of Economics and Development Studies at IBS University. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Papua New Guinea.
In addition to her academic qualifications, Everlyn has obtained a Diploma in Leadership and Management offered by Federation Training – Australian, and a Diploma in Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) from the University of Goroka. She is also a certified MSME Digital Literacy Facilitator and a Financial Literacy Trainer. Prior to her current role, Everlyn served as a Senior Lecturer and a Head of Department at Goroka Technical College and Port Moresby Business College. She brings with her extensive teaching experience spanning more than 10 years. With her diverse educational background, professional certifications, and substantial teaching experience, Everlyn is well-equipped to contribute to the field of economics and development studies at IBS University.
